- Acceptance of Terms:
By enrolling your child at Sherringwood World School, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as “Parent” or “Guardian”) and Sherringwood World School. - Enrolment and Tuition:
a. Enrolment at Sherringwood is subject to availability and acceptance by the school
administration.
b. Tuition fees are due according to the payment schedule provided by the school.
c. Failure to pay tuition fees may result in the suspension or termination of enrolment. - Attendance:
a. Students are expected to attend classes regularly and punctually.
b. Parents must notify the school of any absences or tardiness. - Behavioural Expectations:
a. Students are expected to always conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.
b. Bullying, harassment, or any form of disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. - Curriculum and Academic Progress:
a. Sherringwood reserves the right to determine the curriculum and educational standards.
b. Parents will be informed of their child’s academic progress regularly through progress reports and parent-teacher conferences. - Health and Safety:
a. Any health concerns or medical conditions must be communicated to the school administration.
b. Sherringwood is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all students. - Confidentiality:
a. Sherringwood will handle all personal and academic information with the utmost confidentiality.
b. Parents are expected to respect the privacy of other students and families within the school community. - Withdrawal and Refunds:
a. Parents must provide written notice to the school administration in the event of withdrawal.
b. NOC and tuition fees should be cleared according to the school’s policy. - Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Sherringwood reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents in advance.
